DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
At this time, we do not offer gift card options.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Currently, due to COVID-19, we do not accept returns! Once the pandemic is declared over, we will accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in the same condition it was received, unworn with all tags attached.
WHAT ARE YOURÂ PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer buy now, pay later options such as Klarna, Sezzle, Afterpay, and PayPal, which allows you to purchase and receive your items now then make 4 small payments with 0% interest.
DO YOU ACCEPTÂ BULK ORDER REQUESTS?
Yes! If you are planning a group event for 10 or more people, please provide us with a 2 week advanced notice so that we can accommodate you as best as possible.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We ship domestic and international, which consists of standard, express, and rush. If your location does not pop up, during checkout, please contact us so that we may further assist you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER
Standard orders may take anywhere from 3-5 days, while bulk request may take 1-3 weeks, depending on quantity, etc. For bulk request, we require advanced notice (see FAQ for bulk request) so that we can do our best to meet your deadline.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER
Once payment has been authorized, your order will then be processed. Transit time starts once your order has been shipped, but may vary depending on the type of shipping selected at checkout. Shipping times do not include the weekends or holidays.
